FedEx says a New York personal injury firm helped orchestrate staged or exaggerated crashes, inflated medical treatment, and bogus injury claims.
Now the firm is firing back.
It told a federal judge that FedEx’s alleged RICO enterprise simply doesn’t exist and asked the court to dismiss the claims.
