PI firms usually pay close attention to complaints.

A negative review, unhappy client, frustrated email.

Those are easy to spot.

The lead that should worry you is the one that never complains.

The person who calls while driving home from work.

They fill out a contact form after dinner.

They leave a voicemail and wait…

And wait… and wait.

Then they hire another firm without saying a word to you about it.

There’s no angry email or bad review.

They’re just gone.

That's what makes intake leaks so dangerous.

Most firms never see them.

The lead doesn't explain what happened.

They don't announce they're moving on.

They simply choose someone else.

And the scary part is that many firms assume those leads were never serious in the first place.

But what if they were?

They may have called more than one firm.

They may have been ready to hire one of them.

What if the difference wasn't legal experience, trial skills, or advertising?

What if it was simply who made them feel heard first?

Or even just who picked up the phone first.

As advertising costs continue to rise, every lead becomes more valuable.

Which means the leads you never hear from again become more expensive too.

The biggest threats to growth aren't always obviously seen.

Sometimes they disappear without saying a word.

We’ll dive deeper on this.

Until next time,
